Learners will understand procedures for checking delivery documents, inspecting goods for quality and quantity, recording deliveries, and reporting discrepancies. Emphasis is placed on safety, accuracy, and professionalism in handling goods within procurement and supply operations. By the end of the course, trainees will be able to apply proper receiving procedures to ensure efficient flow of materials and maintain accurate inventory records in accordance with institutional and national trade practices.
